Tres Leches Bread Pudding

Ingredients 3

1 Loaf (16oz) of Bread preferably Challah or Brioche 

1.5 Cups of Whole Milk

1 Cup Heavy Cream

4 Eggs + 2 Egg Yolks

1/2 Cup White Sugar

1 Tsp Cinnamon 

1 Tbsp Vanilla 


Tres Leches Liquid Ingredients:

1 Can Condensed Milk 

1 Can Evaporated Milk 

1/2 Cup Heavy Cream


You’ll need a 9 x 13 baking dish


  1. Cut up loaf in to cubes, then set aside.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients. 

  3. Add bread to bowl and mix, preferably with your hands until all the bread is covered.

  4. Let sit in bowl for about 20 minutes. While you’re waiting, preheat your oven to 350 Degrees. 

  5. Spray the baking dish non-stick spray, or use butter to grease if you don’t have spray. 

  6. Put bread mixture int the baking dish and spread out evenly. 

  7. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Until a toothpick comes out clean. 

  8. Allow to cool to room temp then poke with many holes 

  9. Pour liquid over bread pudding

  10. Let soak for 24 hours
