Three Ingredient Cap'n Crunch No-Churn Ice Cream

Super Easy THREE Ingredient No-Churn Ice Cream


You can use any kind of cereal


2 Cups Heavy Cream + 1 Extra Cup Heavy Cream for reserve

1 Can Condensed Milk

2 Cups Cereal


Step 1

In a bowl, combine two cups heavy cream and two cups of cereal, stir, cover and place in the fridge for one hour. The cereal will float, so every fifteen minutes take it out and give it a good stir.


Step 2

Using a strainer, strain as much cream from the cereal as possible. Place in a measuring cup to see what you have left over. The cereal will absorb some of the cream, so you won't quite have two cups. Use what you need from the reserve cup of cream to replace what was absorbed. I wound up needing around 1/2 cup, but I said one cup to err on the side of caution. Save the cereal, do not throw out.


Step 3

Whip the cream into whipped cream. I recommend using a hand mixer or stand mixer over using a whisk.


Step 4

In another bowl, add the can of condensed milk. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in a little of the whipped cream the condensed milk until completely combined. Add rest of the whipped cream and continuing folding until combined. Next, fold the cereal back in.


Step 5

Place into a container and place in the freezer over night.


Step 6

ENJOY THE NEXT DAY!
