This shredded chicken is simple and great in pretty much anything... nachos, wraps, tacos, sandwich, on top of a potato, etc...
1 15oz Can of tomato sauce
8oz of Chicken Broth
1 Can (4oz) called of diced green chiles.
3 cloves of garlic smashed
2 Tablespoons Mexican Seasoning Blend*
1 Tablespoon Salt
2 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts
Place all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on low for eight hours. Using two forks, shred chicken and serve! IT'S THAT SIMPLE!
*If you can't find a Mexican seasoning blend, you can use taco seasoning or anything similar.
