Easy recipe!
Ingredients:
1 Sheet of Puff Pastry
Tools Needed:
2 Non-Stick Muffin Pans
Rolling Pin
(This recipe is designed for large muffin, but can be adapted to smaller sized muffin pan)
Oven safe fry pan
Cookie Sheet
Pre-heat oven to 400F
Unfold puff pastry.
Cut into four squares.
Roll out each square so they get just a little bigger, appx. 1/2 inch bigger.
Turn the muffin pan upside-down.
Use each piece to cover a muffin and press the dough snuggly against it.
Turn the other pan upsdie-down as well and place over the first muffin and lightly press down.
Put oven-safe pan over the muffin pan to weight it down.
Bake for 15 minutes and then remove from oven.
Remove cups from muffin pan and on cookie sheet, open-side-up and continue baking 5 to 8 minutes or until slightly dark golden brown.
Let cool before using.
Fill with ice cream, eggs, fruit, etc...
