Chocolate Covered Fluffernutter Cookies

SUPER EASY RECIPE! FOUR INGREDIENTS!




  • Sugar Cookies (I baked Pilsbury, but any brand is fine)

  • 1 Lb Milk Chocolate

  • Mashmallow Fluff - The total amount depends on how many you're making, but your'e using 2 tablespoons per cookie.

  • Creamy peanut butter (1.5 tsp per cookie)


This is a very simple build.


Step 1 - Bake cookies


Step 2 - spread peanut butter


Step 3 - spread marshmallow fluff and toast using either a torch or broiler


Step 4 - Melt chocolate and place into some sort of glass for dipping. Lay out a piece of wax paper on a cookie sheet, dip first side of cookies, place on wax paper, place in freezer for about ten to fifteen minutes or until hardened. Remove from freezer and repeat steps for dipping the second side.
