Bourbon Cream Maple Syrup

1 Cup Maple Syrup

1 Tablespoon Bourbon

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

2 Tablespoons Butter

1/3 Cup Heavy Cream


Over medium-low heat, pour maple syrup and bourbon in a pan and simmer for three minutes. Add butter, once melted add heavy cream and bring back to a simmer, then add vanilla. Remove from pan into a serving vessel of your choice and enjoy!
